There is very very poor service of wapda in dhaihar feeder,basti shor kot MA Jinnah road multan as there is load shedding of 15 hours normally and no one take action and ignore the complaints when we call to head office.And in bad weather load shedding of 20 hours is normal as they dont even want to chek the fault.Kindly take necessary action against it.

MEPCO Head Office is situated in a spacious place. The buildings with green area in it is marvellous.
The Officers and staff are good.
The area under jurisdiction of MEPCO is too big as against other DISCO; but even then the administrative control of the Head Office seems to be good.
I live in Bahaudarpur, Multan and had very bad experiences with MEPCO. I had faced electricity issues 3-4 times at home like low voltage, sparking and other general electricity problems.
I report my problems every time by calling 118. The customer representatives said we will solve your problem soon but they NEVER send any expert to solve these problems.
Eventually, every time I called my private electrician and paid money to solve these issues.
